    Notify Me! is a feature made by Rapidbump to notify you when the games you look for is available.  

    This feature is accessible in homepage, your buyer dashboard, or this page

    How to delete your Notify Me list?

    Make sure you are login before you follow these steps

    1. Go to your Notify Me list
    2. Scroll to the game you want to remove and click the remove button
    3. Confirm that you want to delete the item
    4. You are done

     

     

    You can use this while login and logout.

    1. Search the name of the game e.g. Nier automata. You can add the console to further show more relevant search result e.g. ps4, xbox, pc
    2. Wait for it to search the database
    3. Choose the game you wish to be notified.
    4. For none login user, you need to include email you wish the notifications to be sent. It will only be sent once the chosen games are listed in the marketplace  (We promised, we wont use your email for spam emails. We hate it as much as you do)
    5. Now Confirm by clicking the “Notify Me!” button
    6. The page will be refreshed.
    The email you will receive looks like this. This may change in the future

     

     

    Note: For none login user, you can delete your “Notify Me!” list by registering with the email you used.

     

     

  • Cash Deposit

    Cash deposit is a great way to purchase at Rapidbump without needing a bank account in Brune. Currently we accept Brunei Cash Deposit exclusively for Baiduri and BIBD Banks. Not all branches have Cash Deposit Machine. The machine should be labelled “Cash Deposit” or “Simpanan Tunai”

     

    Upon Checkout of your orders and select “Bank Transfer”(Website) or “Cash Deposit”(for iOS/Android app) as a payment method:-

    • You will be redirected to your order details where you can check order status. Order is automatically set to “on-hold“(Website) or Awaiting Payment(Mobile App) status until payment has been received for which our team would begin processing your orders
    • Instruction will be sent as below
      • For Website:
        • You will receive an email for instruction with our Bank details and your Order ID on the same order detail page and also in the email you are registered with.
      • For Mobile App
        • Our bank details will be available on your Order details once Order has been placed

     

     

    Follow the step by step as below

    1. Go to your nearest Cash Deposit Machine.
      • Please see above for either BIBD or Baiduri Branch within 48 hours of the purchase.
    2. Press Enter
    3. Select Cash Deposit to A/C
    4. Choose Saving Account, if prompted.
    5. Enter our account number as stated in the instruction
    6. Confirm account number
    7. Insert notes when shutter is open
    8. Please wait while cash is counted
    9. Verify amount before confirming transaction
    10. Select CONFIRM to proceed
    11. Take your receipt and take photo of this receipt showing the dates, amount and account send to.
    12. Attach it to your order details (Mobile App)
    13. We will process your order once the payment has been verified.

    Tips to ensure instant verification (See image below for reference):

    • Make sure its upright.
    • Make sure the image is not blurry

    This is why on top of our Privacy Policy, all Buyers are covered with our Buyer Protection policy the moment they sign-up.

    Buyer Protection provides the guarantee that a Buyer will receive their item, or get their money back.

    Rapidbump Buyer Protection

    RapidBump Buyer ProtectionThe Buyer Protection is effective right after a payment is made, for any different orders.

    After receiving an item from an order, Buyers can open a dispute for each orders within 3 days.

    Buyer Protection covers disputes when:-

    1. Buyer made order and payment, but did not receive their items
    2. Buyer made order and payment, received item but does not match listing description

    Most sellers work with buyers to quickly resolve issues, but if a solution isn’t reached, we can step in to help.

    Do note, if 3 days has passed upon receiving an item, your order will be marked as complete and your Buyer Protection will end for that order.


    How to open dispute

    1. Report immediately to dispute@rapidbump.com with the order ID, item details, receipts and transaction reference
      • Item was not received: Do so after delivery notification and that 5 days have passed, within 3 days (6th, 7th or 9th day)
      • Item doesn’t match: Do so after receiving the item and before the 3 days period end. Please ensure that the item is unused and/or opened and placed back in its original packaging.
    2. Buyer payment and Seller earnings will be on hold.
    3. We will then initiate a private message on Buyer RapidBump account with our customer service personnel and the Seller to settle it.
    4. Buyer and Seller can then provide the proofs in the conversation visible to parties involved.
    5. When an agreement has been reached, RapidBump will then proceed with what has been agreed by both Buyer and Seller.
    6. If an agreement is not reached within 7 days of the dispute claim, we will step in to help solve the issue based on the proofs provided by Buyer and Seller.

    What is covered?

    • Purchases made directly with RapidBump Payment :-
      1. Online payment with Debit / Credit Card
      2. Bank transfer
      3. BIBD VMC
      4. Rapid Wallet – refunded with Rapid Wallet.

    What is not covered?

    • Digital Code / Gift Card
      Any form of Digital Code is not refundable nor exchangeable. They are thoroughly checked for its validity. Please be sure to check if they are regional and that you are purchasing the correct one
    • Meet-up purchases
    • New games or Pre-order is not refundable or returnable unless mentioned otherwise by Seller

    Refunds

    • Refund is made based on which RapidBump Payment was used for purchase
    • It may be fully or partially paid based on the proofs and conditions

    Returns

    • Returns can be made to RapidBump or Seller depending on the agreement
    • Only new games are non-returnable unless specified otherwise by the Seller
    • It is up to Buyer to choose delivery method and item must arrive within 5 days
    • Shipping cost are not reimbursed unless agreed upon with the Seller
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging

    RapidBump allows payment by cash or card. But this also depends on the item, delivery option and the payment method enabled by a Seller.

    Cash on Delivery will usually apply for Meet-up Point and delivery (except PosLaju). More info here: Buying with Cash on Delivery.

    When a Seller enables RapidBump Payment, the following options will be available:-

    All payments in this method will first go to RapidBump before a Seller can receive their money. This is part of your Buyer Protection (see Q5 below).

    If you encounter problems for example: receiving the message “payment declined“, go to the Payment Issues page to look for a solution. If not, you can always contact us for more help.

    If you’ve made payments using RapidBump Payment, we will step in to ensure your get your Refund and/or Returns, provided you are still within the Buyer Protection conditions.

    A $1 Rapid Wallet balance is equal to $1 Brunei Dollar, hence can be used as an alternative payment method. It is also a part of RapidBump rewards system.

    Your Profile

    This is your dashboard where you can manage and access the following:-

    • Customise your profile: banners, profile photos.
    • Showcase your games:
      • add current games and hardware, add games and hardware to trade/swap.
      • Connect with game profiles: PSN, Xbox, Steam games and achievements.
    • Manage details for buying: your billing address, order status, bidding status, pre-orders, RB Wallet.
    • Manage other features: Tell-a-friend rewards and your In Demand list.
    • Forums, Messages, Notifications.

    User Basics

    Your profile is visible to public. This includes your banner, profile photo and username. We don’t disclose your personal details as per our [permalink id=11911 text=’Privacy Policy’]. Only logged-in users will be able to send you messages. Likewise, you’ll need to login to contact other users and use the site features like adding products, buying, making pre-orders, manage in demand list etc.

    Games and Hardware

    Games and hardware you’ve added will be visible in your profile. You can choose which ones are not for sale, and which ones will be visible on the RapidBump Store for sale. Sales can either be managed by you or RapidBump.

    Adding games and hardware

    Adding games to your profile and RapidBump Store is quite simple. To add games that you’re currently playing, sync them with your existing PSN, Xbox or Steam accounts at the Connect tab.

    If you want to add games or hardware to RapidBump Store, follow the 10 steps below. We have a massive library of game data, so majority of the task will be done automatically by RapidBump algorithm. Our algorithm is optimised for games, but we also allow anything outside our database. You can also add hardware products like consoles, controllers, PC, PC hardware, Gaming Mouse etc.

    1. Go to the Games & Hardware tab or click the “+” sign at the top-right Navigation bar. Then click the “Add Item” button.
    2. In the Product Name section,
      • For games: Type in the game title. Our algorithm will look for the best match in the database. Refine the search further by adding the console platform e.g. ps3, ps4, xbox, xbox 360, nintendo, 3ds, nds etc. Searching will only take a few seconds.
      • For hardware: Type in any name related to the hardware.
    3. In the Categories section, if the item is new or not used, please add “New”.
      • For games: The category will be automatically set.
      • For hardware: Set the category as “Hardware”.
    4. In the Featured Image section,
      • For games: The featured image will be automatically set.
      • For hardware: Click on “Set featured image” and upload relevant photos of the hardware.
    5. Set your Price.
    6. Add descriptions, like region, condition etc.
    7. Add tags, so that other gamers can easily search your product. Think of what they might search for e.g. mgsv, ffxv, ps4, console etc.

    9. You can skip the advanced Settings but they can be useful:-
      • Stash: so that the item is not searchable and not shown in the store.
      • Virtual: for digital items such as PSN Card, League of Legends RP, Steam Key etc
      • Downloadable: if for e.g. it’s a game you developed. (Any Indie Developer here?)
      • Inventory: allows you to manage your stock. If you have unlimited stock, you can uncheck “Manage stock” to allow them to run infinitely after every purchase.
    10. Once you are happy with it, click “Add Item”.
      • “Save Draft” allows you to save your entire setting without publishing the item. This is useful when you want to view your item first. You can of course edit and publish them later.
      • Your item is not published/visible until you see it’s “Online” in your Games & Hardware list.

    Do note that once an item is sold and out of stock, it will no longer be shown at the store. It will be moved to the Stash tab and is visible on your profile. You can change the visibility on the Stash settings.
