  • Purchasing with Online Banking

    With our proprietary verification technology, our processing time usually instantly (sometimes 5 – 15min depends on service availability).

    For the moment we only have BIBD and Baiduri banks transfer payment. No processing fee are incurred (except transfers from different banks).

    How to use them? Upon checkout, you will be transferred to your order page. Our bank details are provided for you to proceeed.

    For Baiduri Bank:

    1. Login to your Online Banking or Baiduri Mobile App
    2. Go to Fund Transfer > Within Bank
    3. On the Fund Transfer Within Bank menu, Select “From” Account
    4. To Account “Setup to New Beneficiary”
    5. Enter our Baiduri Bank Account Number
    6. Enter Description For your own reference
    7. Enter amount as noted in your Order page
    8. Enter Payment Description with the Order ID of this purchase
    9. Pick Transfer Type : Immediate
    10. Take a screenshot of the successful transfer receipt and upload it on your orders page

    For BIBD Bank

    1. Login to your Online Banking account / BIBD Mobile App
    2. Go to Transfers > Third Party Account
    3. Copy & Paste our BIBD account number on your order page (number 1)
    4. Place the right amount as stated on your order page
    5. On successful transfer, take a screenshot of the page
    6. Upload it on your order page

    How do I get money to RapidWallet?

    RapidWallet can be earned from:-

    • Top-up, through our store
      • by purchasing it with Credit/Debit Card
      • by Cash Deposit through local banks CDM
      • To top up your RapidWallet, go to top-up store
      • You can also purchase RapidWallet Gift Key from our authorized distributor payable with cash

    As a seller, how do I allow customer to pay with RapidWallet?

    RapidWallet is automatically enabled when you allow Online payment in your Seller Dashboard.

  • Resolve Payment Decline

    If your payment method has been declined, do one of the following:

    • Confirm your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number were entered correctly in Your Account.Note: The billing address and phone number entered must match those associated with your credit card / debit card.
    • Contact your bank.Note:
      • Check with your bank about adjusting daily withdrawal or purchase limits. Payment declines may be due to these limits set by your bank.
      • After contacting your bank, you can retry your payment method by click Orders on your Customer / Buyer Dashboard.

    Transfering Earnings to Rapid Wallet

    Rapid Wallet is another payment method that is accepted in Rapidbump. BND $1 is equivalent to $1 in your Rapid Wallet.

    In order for your earning to transferable to your Rapid Wallet, the order has to be completed first. This means that, item has been shipped and Rapidbump concluded that it is safe from refunds, chargeback. You can transfer the available balance from your Earning to your Rapid Wallet anytime before your cash-out cycle. You can opt for Manual cash-out cycle if you wish to transfer them anytime to your Rapid Wallet. Your Available balance will be update once the order has met the required mention.

    Note that any earning that is transferred to your Rapid Wallet will be deducted directly from your Available Earning balance. This will be reflected in your Earning Transaction history.

    To transfer your earning to Rapid Wallet:-

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Go to your seller dashboard
    3. Click on Settings links, select Payment tab
    4. Go to Transfer Fund
    5. On your Completed Order List, click Transfer.

    Earning transfer should begin immediately.

     

  • Cash Deposit

    Cash deposit is a great way to purchase at Rapidbump without needing a bank account in Brune. Currently we accept Brunei Cash Deposit exclusively for Baiduri and BIBD Banks. Not all branches have Cash Deposit Machine. The machine should be labelled “Cash Deposit” or “Simpanan Tunai”

     

    Upon Checkout of your orders and select “Bank Transfer”(Website) or “Cash Deposit”(for iOS/Android app) as a payment method:-

    • You will be redirected to your order details where you can check order status. Order is automatically set to “on-hold“(Website) or Awaiting Payment(Mobile App) status until payment has been received for which our team would begin processing your orders
    • Instruction will be sent as below
      • For Website:
        • You will receive an email for instruction with our Bank details and your Order ID on the same order detail page and also in the email you are registered with.
      • For Mobile App
        • Our bank details will be available on your Order details once Order has been placed

     

     

    Follow the step by step as below

    1. Go to your nearest Cash Deposit Machine.
      • Please see above for either BIBD or Baiduri Branch within 48 hours of the purchase.
    2. Press Enter
    3. Select Cash Deposit to A/C
    4. Choose Saving Account, if prompted.
    5. Enter our account number as stated in the instruction
    6. Confirm account number
    7. Insert notes when shutter is open
    8. Please wait while cash is counted
    9. Verify amount before confirming transaction
    10. Select CONFIRM to proceed
    11. Take your receipt and take photo of this receipt showing the dates, amount and account send to.
    12. Attach it to your order details (Mobile App)
    13. We will process your order once the payment has been verified.
