  • Redeem Origin Key

    To redeem your Origin Game code and download & activate your game via Origin, please follow the 3 simple steps below. *this applies to digital Game codes only

     

    1. You must have an active origin account. If you do not please download origin here: http://www.origin.com/download Then create an account by following their instructions.
      Once origin is installed, click ‘Origin’ then ‘Redeem Product Code’
    2. Enter the product code given to you by Play-Asia.com, then click ‘next’ and ‘next’ again
    3. You should see a message saying ‘Congratulations’. Then click ‘View in Library’ and go to ‘My Games’, hover over your chosen game and a download button should appear, click ‘Download’ and then your done. 
    4. Done.
  • Return Policy

    Returns are accepted if returned within 24 days of item received. Only new games are non-returnable unless they meet requirement covered in our refund policy.

    For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at dispute@rapidbump.com or our customer support line (available in order page) by quoting the order number and product details. Shipping cost are not reimbursed unless agreed upon with the seller.

    We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

    Rapidbump Buyer Protection

    Most purchases in Rapidbump goes smoothly but in the case when problem occurs, Rapidbump Buyer Protection will ensure that Buyer will receive their item or get their money back.

    What is covered?

    • Purchases made directly through Rapidbump via :-
      1. Online payment with Debit / Credit Card
      2. Online Banking directly to Rapidbump
      3. Rapid Wallet – refunded with Rapid Wallet.
    • Out of stock for Digital Code / Gift Card.

    What is not covered?

    • Digital Code / Gift Card
      • Any form of CD Key, Gift Card, Virtual Wallet is neither refundable nor exchangeable. Please be sure to check if they are region restricted and that you are purchasing the correct one according to your account region. Unless the code has issue  and have been provided to us with proof.
      • We will not be responsible to any digital code that are shared to third party

    How we refund

    We will refund to you based on how item was purchased or as per discussed.

    • Debit / Credit Card
      • If purchases are made through Debit / Credit card, processing will take somewhere around 1 – 2 weeks for it to reflect on your bank.
    • Internet banking
      • Usually within the 1 – 3 days
    • Rapid Wallet funds

    How to get a refund

    For Digital Code Products:

    Please contact our customer support via whatsapp within 24 hrs of purchase. Provide us with:

    1. Screenshot of the errors when you attempted to redeem the code
    2. Order ID of your purchase

    Our agent will assist you through with the rest of the process

  • Steam Product Key Digital Download

    To redeem your Steam Game code and download & activate your game via Steam, please follow the 3 simple steps below. *this applies to digital Game codes only

    1. You must have an active steam account. If you do not please download steam here: http://store.steampowered.com/about/ Then create an account by following their instructions.
    Once steam is installed, click ‘games’ then ‘Activate a Product on Steam’.

    2. Click ‘next’ then ‘I agree’, and finally enter the product code given to you by Rapidbump.com

    3. You should see a message saying ‘Activation Successful’, make sure you print your receipt to keep as reference. Finally click ‘next’ and the game will download

     

    4. Done. You can proceed with downloading and Enjoy the game!

  • How to Make a Purchase

    In order to make purchases, this will depend greatly on the Payment method available for the seller.

    Payment we accept

    • Debit / Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) [requires processing fee which will be stated in your order review for security check]
    • Online Bank Transfer (BIBD, Baiduri) – For Brunei Only [no processing fee]
    • Rapid Wallet Credit

     

    How Do I Make Online Purchases?

    To purchase the items online, make sure that the Seller wants to accept online payment. We made this optional for them so its easier for them to accomodate to their sells strategy.

    1. Once you have found the items and satisfied with their offer, Click Checkout.
    2. At the checkout page, as per requirement of any online purchases, you will be required to add your Billing Address. If you wish to send the item on a different address, Click on Send to different Address
    3. Make sure your Billing Address matches your Debit / Credit Card statement. We will store your Billing Address for your future purchases.
    4. Review your orders, and make sure that the item are correct.
    5. Fill in the credit / debit card form
    6. Place Order

    You will be redirected to confirm that your payment is successful.

  • Where is my Order?

    After your purchase, you can view the details of your order through your Buyer Dashboard.

    To get to your order details

    1. Login to your account
    2. Go to your Buyer Dashboard
    3. Click on the Order tab
    4. Find the order Id of your purchases. You can find your order ID in the email receipt we sent you after your purchases.

    Here you can view all the status of your orders, your shipping address, any order notes sent by your Sellers, and give reviews for the items you have made.

  • Buyer Protection

    This is why on top of our Privacy Policy, all Buyers are covered with our Buyer Protection policy the moment they sign-up.

    Buyer Protection provides the guarantee that a Buyer will receive their item, or get their money back.

    Rapidbump Buyer Protection

    RapidBump Buyer ProtectionThe Buyer Protection is effective right after a payment is made, for any different orders.

    After receiving an item from an order, Buyers can open a dispute for each orders within 3 days.

    Buyer Protection covers disputes when:-

    1. Buyer made order and payment, but did not receive their items
    2. Buyer made order and payment, received item but does not match listing description

    Most sellers work with buyers to quickly resolve issues, but if a solution isn’t reached, we can step in to help.

    Do note, if 3 days has passed upon receiving an item, your order will be marked as complete and your Buyer Protection will end for that order.


    How to open dispute

    1. Report immediately to dispute@rapidbump.com with the order ID, item details, receipts and transaction reference
      • Item was not received: Do so after delivery notification and that 5 days have passed, within 3 days (6th, 7th or 9th day)
      • Item doesn’t match: Do so after receiving the item and before the 3 days period end. Please ensure that the item is unused and/or opened and placed back in its original packaging.
    2. Buyer payment and Seller earnings will be on hold.
    3. We will then initiate a private message on Buyer RapidBump account with our customer service personnel and the Seller to settle it.
    4. Buyer and Seller can then provide the proofs in the conversation visible to parties involved.
    5. When an agreement has been reached, RapidBump will then proceed with what has been agreed by both Buyer and Seller.
    6. If an agreement is not reached within 7 days of the dispute claim, we will step in to help solve the issue based on the proofs provided by Buyer and Seller.

    What is covered?

    • Purchases made directly with RapidBump Payment :-
      1. Online payment with Debit / Credit Card
      2. Bank transfer
      3. BIBD VMC
      4. Rapid Wallet – refunded with Rapid Wallet.

    What is not covered?

    • Digital Code / Gift Card
      Any form of Digital Code is not refundable nor exchangeable. They are thoroughly checked for its validity. Please be sure to check if they are regional and that you are purchasing the correct one
    • Meet-up purchases
    • New games or Pre-order is not refundable or returnable unless mentioned otherwise by Seller

    Refunds

    • Refund is made based on which RapidBump Payment was used for purchase
    • It may be fully or partially paid based on the proofs and conditions

    Returns

    • Returns can be made to RapidBump or Seller depending on the agreement
    • Only new games are non-returnable unless specified otherwise by the Seller
    • It is up to Buyer to choose delivery method and item must arrive within 5 days
    • Shipping cost are not reimbursed unless agreed upon with the Seller
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging
