  • Order Status

    Please refer below to understand Rapidbump Order status as stated in your Buyer / Seller Order page

    • Pending Payment
      • Previous attempt failed or declined. Your order will be hold for an hour for another payment. You can retry again through your Buyer account > Order and Click “Pay”
    • On-Hold
      • Payment by Card: Payment are on hold for verification to prevent card fraud attempt.
      • Payment by Bank Transfer: Awaiting for payment proof attachment and verification.
    • Processing
      • Payment was successful and awaiting seller to ship / deliver the items
    • Complete
      • Digital Goods
        • Item was delivered and viewable in Buyer order page
      • Physical Goods
        • Item has been shipped and customer protections (3 days) has expired
    • Cancelled
      • Item was cancelled due to failure to re-attempt payment within the hold period
    • Refunded
      • Purchase was refunded (full / partially) as per Rapidbump Refund and Return Policy
    • Partial Payment
      • Payment partially made for preorders
    • Remaining Balance Payment
      • Full payment of preorders
